Shipping policy

Order processing time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Because our products are made to order, processing times may be slightly longer during high volume periods.

Our apparel features original Transcendence designs and is printed and shipped by a third-party production partner. Apparel may arrive separately from our handcrafted body products and candles. Production and delivery times may vary by item.

United States: 3 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or location.

Shipping rate:

We offer standard shipping rates on all orders

Standard shipping: $6.95

Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or orders over $50 

 

Order tracking:

Once your order shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Lost or delayed:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address entry. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Wrong address:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. We will not guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
